About the role
EmploySaffas is building a talent pool of South African-based senior bookkeepers and financial accountants who want to work remotely for companies in South Africa, the UK and the US. This isn't a single vacancy: when a client role fits your skills, we'll contact you before your anonymised profile is shared. Typical work: full-cycle bookkeeping to trial balance, month-end close and reconciliations, management accounts, VAT returns, payroll inputs, and debtors and creditors, in cloud software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or NetSuite.
Requirements
BCom (Accounting) or related degree, or a SAIPA, SAICA or ACCA qualification (completed or in progress). At least 5 years' relevant experience. Excellent written and spoken English. Able to work independently across time zones. Reliable internet and a suitable home workspace.
