Requirements

- 5+ years in customer success, account management or a related client-facing role - SaaS, technology or B2B services experience preferred - A relevant degree (business, commerce, marketing or similar) is a strong advantage - Working knowledge of CRM and customer success platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight) - Strong written and verbal English, and comfort working with international clients and across time zones - A reliable home internet connection and workspace
